    Crawling/Scaleing

Is anybody into Scale or RC Rock crawling? A few years ago I got into the scale scene and had a blast building this Axial Wraith crawler. Eventually it got to hard for me personally to safely crawl around on the rocks because of a bum hip and about that time reverse went out on my rig, so I stuck it on a shelf. Today on a whim I decided to plug in the battery and try it out. And I'll be danged if it didn't still have a charge in the car and the radio. I got one hip replaced and about to go under the knife for the other. After recovery If I can fix reverse, I may have to get back into these little things

NO ......it used to be in a large sand box that surrounded a swing set that was where the blue storage shed is now. I had to move all of the sand to have the sheds installed and it ended up in a pile in the middle of the back yard. I am getting rid of it 4 buckets at a time every week with the trash.

Inspired by lovely images and videos of the rock crawler above, I decided to have one for myself. I browsed the internet and found a cool HSP 1/8 Off Road Rock Crawler at http://www.thehobbyworx.com/rc-cars/...er-24-ghz.html , at a reasonable price of $249.99. This HSP 1/8th scale radio controlled crawler is equipped with twin motors and a lot of metal parts to ensure solid construction and performance. A high precision ESC is also equipped on the Car. What do you suggest guys, is it a decent deal?
