All very excellent guesses. Truth be told, it may just end up with a 40 for the kids. I have one collecting dust that could use a rebuild. And my backyard is big enough for them to cut a circle track, or figure 8.

I did manage to get the engine mount made up. This was pretty tough as with all the do dads, our engines are rather wide compared to most of this application.
Being said, the pinion is waaaaaaaay out there. In the pics you can see some spacers I used for the sprocket. These really helped me figure out how big of a spacer I need to mill out. I need a lathe really, time.

Everything was placed off the pinion, as it dictates how close to the rear of the frame the chain runs. I will eventually cut a notch in the frame so tye chain has plenty of wiggle room.

I'm not yet releasing what is going on here. But the deal was, as Goped as possible.

I am now looking at suspension front ends though, Mike R. got me thinking.

The rather clever way that you have the motor mounted and with 'that' pipe, it almost looks as if [they] made the frame to fit your motor and pipe.

    BRAVO Dave!
    Thank you Brian 👍

I had originally put a TS 60 on the bottom tubes of the frame, and wondered how the hell I was going to fill the big empty space in the frame.
With the Sloan 60 on the bench, it went in and found home. I ran across some very similar mounts on the interwebs and went for it.

The base of the mount simply four holes, non adjustable with tight tolerance. The engine mounting plate has slotted holes side to side as I am so acustom too. In the pic from the rear, the air filter is slightly off to the right and the pipe end is dead center. I had to work with what I had. 😉

The next hurdle is the drive system. The pinion and rear sprocket are 1.250ish" out of alignment. Originally I was to make a hub spacer, now looking at otyer options.

I did get the brakes mounted to the forks as well. Also chopped off the ****in flat rear end plates, and added some tubing supports to flow a little better.

Does that thing have bearings in the head tube or is it just a bolt?

Dope engine btw. Looks like you've only got a few small hurdles left then it's time for paint!
