    WOW!

What an awesome idea. Not only is the Zuma cylinder cast iron but it also already comes without an intake port so no need to add epoxy for the casereed! Bulletproof and powerful setup!

If you ever make more cases and sell them, please let me know...

This engine is overpowered for goped...
My friend hit 110km/h with his 70cc gsr.
His engine is almost same as my engine.

    We want videos!!!

110kph is a really great result! Must be at least 15hp.

Is the cooling ok? That much power makes a whole lot of heat.

    I used stage6 mk2 70cc cylinder.
If you want more hp you can choose another minarelli based cylinder.
Ex polini evolution, malossi, athena or Chinese cheap cylinders.
And this cylinder is designed for aircooled... like a polini minimoto.

    Yes.
9/56 is speed gearing.( I ran for 60mph and I quit because the steering wheel was shaking.)
If it was normal clutch... The clutch pad would have burned.
But this clutch is no damaged.

What crank case does this engine use? Judging by the pictures, it looks to not be a one off billet case like the one in the beginning of the thread.
